CLASS SCHEDULE
No Gi BJJ Fundamentals: No gi jiu jitsu for students with little or no experience, focusing on core movements, positions, escapes and submissions.
No Gi BJJ: No gi jiu jitsu for students of all experience levels, focusing on intermediate and advanced techniques.
Striking: Blend of muay thai, boxing and MMA techniques. Suitable for students of all experience levels.
Wrestling: Stand-up class focusing on takedown techniques for no gi jiu jitsu.
MMA: Intense class focusing on all aspects of a well-rounded MMA game (stand-up, takedowns, ground game).
No Gi Situational Sparring: Intense class focusing only on no gi jiu jitsu sparring situations.
Optional Sparring: Live sparring rounds after class. Number of rounds available depends on time between classes and length of sparring round.
